Based in Northern Italy, ELCOS have been producing generating sets for over 30 years. Manufacturing a wide and diverse range to satisfy both standard and more bespoke customer requirements. The ELCOS/CPS partnership has proven to be a successful combination with containerised installlations up to 2.2MVA complete with auto changover facilities, bulk fuel tanks and a parallel N+1 'Sirius P' UPS system.

Buying a UPS and Diesel Generator as a complete package from CPS, will eliminate the typical compatibility problems between this type of equipment. Purchasing a package also enables the CPS sales and projects teams to ensure that the project is within budget and is both delivered and commissioined on time.

Containerised Generators
Containerised sets are also available to accommodate engines from 630kVA up to 3MVA using either a 20', 30' or 40' housing. Containers are designed for ease of maintenance, they include residential mufflers and an option for double soundproofing reducing standard noise levels by a further 2dBA. Small power and lighting also come as standard.

Containerised Power Solution
Constant Power Services Ltd has developed a containerised module that can easily be transported to different locations to provide a quick and cost effective emergency standby power solution. The 20’ container houses a 200kVA/180kW SiriusP UPS module connected to a DC flywheel, that replaces the conventional UPS battery, whilst a 275kVA Diesel Generator starts and auto changes to provide prolonged backup for the connected critical loads. more>

Changeover & Control
All generators incoprorate an on-board control panel with a 3 position key switch to control auto/manual/off as well displaying full operating status and optional facilities for MODBUS, GSM and relay contacts.
The onboard control can be combined with a full range of auto/manual changeover panels to suit the entire generator range
